John Zrelak specializes in sports injuries and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a member of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, American Chiropractic Association, and Member of the River North Association. Dr. Zrelak has worked with several professional sports teams, helping with injury prevention and achieving optimal function and performance. When he is not in the office, Dr. Zrelak is an avid snow skier, wake surfer, and plays hockey in his free time.
A native Chicagoan, Dr. Kamal Vaid, D.C., proudly serves as a Chiropractic Physician at East Bank Chiropractic/ Wellness, located in the heart of River North in Chicago.
After earning his bachelor's degree Physiology & Kinesiology from Northeastern Illinois University, Dr. Vaid went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from National University of Health Sciences where he was trained in a variety of spinal adjusting techniques which included extremity adjusting of the hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, wrists, elbows, ears and jaw. Dr. Vaid is dedicated to helping his patients function and feel better utilizing diversified adjusting techniques coupled with functional movements and modifications where patients can maintain better spinal function once outside the clinic.
Dr. Vaid is a big believer in working with the patient to help them discover their full potential in all aspects of their health. He embodies his favorite quote and beleives this to be true for his patients; regardless of where they are in their health journey: "First do what's necessary, then do what's possible and suddenly you're doing the impossible!"
